The Woman behind the Brand
Hi, I’m Stacey, the founder of Constructed for Greatness — a coach, writer, mentor, and woman who knows what it means to rebuild, reroute, and rise.
My journey started in the legal field, where I learned how to think critically, communicate with clarity, and operate with integrity. But I knew I was meant to create, not just represent. So I pivoted — stepping into the construction world and building two multimillion-dollar companies as a licensed general contractor. That chapter taught me how to lead under pressure, adapt through change, and build more than structures — it taught me how to build people, vision, and legacy.
Now, I’m building something even more personal: a brand and movement designed to help others step into their own greatness.
Constructed for Greatness was born from my own seasons of reinvention — the dark moments, the pivots, the rebuilding. I’ve felt stuck in the “middle” — between who I was and who I knew I could become. And I’ve done the work to rise with clarity, purpose, and soul.
This space exists to guide others through that same transformation — where strategy meets softness, and structure supports soul. I coach individuals and entrepreneurs who are ready to align their life or business with who they truly are.
